IMDB Pro Payment, being processed, but showing unprocessed later

Hello, I am Neetishwar Jha, and I write on behalf of "Vaibhav Vishant" who is a reputed Casting Director in India. I handle his IMDB account, and there is a persistent issue that we are facing. His "Known for" is outdated. We understand that this section can only be updated for IMDB Pro members, we tried renewing his license through the existing Credit Card, however the payment failed. Thereafter, we tried updating his payment through another Credit Card, and the payment was processed. We even changed the "Known for" section of "Vaibhav Vishant", and we thought the issue was over. 

However, it seems that it has not been updated, and after reflecting the changed details, the account has gone back to displaying the earlier credits. 

Can this please be resolved? Please identify what is the exact issue (as the Pro payment has been tried through different cards, and it seems to work, but it goes back to the earlier. 

Please help asap.
