IMDbPro Page for My Child Is Down – Can't Log In Without Creating Amazon Account

Hi Pros! I need help. I’ve had an IMDbPro page for my child for 10 years, managed under my email address. I recently updated the credit card info, but for some reason, it didn’t get charged, and now the account has expired. His IMDbPro page is currently down and his image is missing right when he’s being considered for a new role. I have had a pro page for him paying additionally $150 year since he was 4 months old JUST so I can put a photo of him up. So in a one adult household I pay for two pro accounts all these years but now lost my childs page. Now I’m being forced to log in through Amazon, but I already use my Amazon account (and phone number) for my own IMDbPro page. I don’t want to create an Amazon account for my child, and I can’t link him to mine. I have always logged into both my account and my childs via imdb, not amazon. If I try to log in with Amazon, it just takes me to my own IMDb page,not his. I can’t access his account, can’t update anything, and can’t even see if IMDb has replied internally. Is there any way to get my child's IMDbPro page back without creating an Amazon account for a child? Thank you in advance for any advice.
