The entry at https://www.boxofficemojo.com/release/rl2386658817/ is titled as "This Is Not Frank's Planet/Snowie and the Seven Dorps/Poumse..." and labeled as a triple bill featuring those three films. However, the total length of those films would only be 17 minutes, making it unlikely that they would be exhibited just on their own. (And, in fact, Box Office Mojo lists this triple bill as being 17 minutes long.) What I think this entry really was supposed to be is The Third Animation Celebration: The Movie (1990) at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3950710/.
