Known For Glitch

Hi ! A few months ago I added my official credits and was placed on the cast list of two films I’ve worked on and had my “known for” appear - they have disappeared and I’m no longer on the cast list when looking and no credits show on my known for even when I try edit it states I need official credits - however , when I try edit the cast list or add my credits they are officially in the system? I think this is a system error would just like to know how to get them to be officially recognised again not sure why this has happened.
