MERGING OF 2 ACCOUNTS DUE TO NAME CHANGE

HI, I have (2) accounts due to marriage in which I should not have created a new account. can you assist me? If possible, I wish I were SHARON R. MCKAY only no added last names. I also have credits, managers, etc. on the R side of my profile that needs removing. the system will not allow me to make changes.
