MOVIEMeter & STARmeter No Longer Displaying hovercards

Normally when you look at the star meter on someone's profile, there are yellow dots that signify where credits lie on the meter, and when you hover over them, windows pop up to show the credits. But this past month or so, the windows no longer appear, so you see yellow dots, but no context. Does it just not work for me, or is the system borked or changed? I thought those windows were very helpful.
