my imdb pro account renewed on 7/23 but now when I log in, it says it can't find my account

Hi,

I received a confirmation email that my IMDb Pro account renewed on 7/23/26. However, I am now trying to log in with my email and password and its saying:

There was a problem

We couldn't find an IMDb account with that email address. If you recently signed in using your Amazon account, your IMDb account may now be managed through Amazon. Try signing in with your Amazon account or visit the IMDb Help Center.

 

As a paying customer, this is unacceptable. Please assist asap as I have several credits to add.
