MY IMDBPro page is friozen - won't let me click on - has this ridiculous - try upgrade now. I don't want to upgrade - try a free trial -

Please unlock my page.  It is frozen with UPGRADE - TRY A FREE TRIAL.  I don't want an upgrade - I am happy with the use I have now.  I am paying for my annual fee and I am frustrated and infuriated that your system freezes my page with UPGRADE QUESTIONS AND WHEN I HAVE NO INTEREST I CAN'T GET INTO MY PAGE.  On my movile device everything works.  It's on my laptop - MacBook Pro that has my IMDBPro frozen.  Please defrost it and allow me back in my account!!!
