My Page link to my PRO account

Someone created my page as a movie composer. Everything is correct there. But my IMDb pro account has no access to my ACTUAL page! And the support says “your Amazon account linked to this Actual Page is current on hold”. What do I do? I need to have access to my Actual Correct Page as a professional!
