Name Change and Location

Hello, I can't seem to find any way of altering my name, I was previous known as Sebastian, but now on by Spotlight account and all work I am simply Seb. Also, Birmingham, UK is not showing in any location drop drop option. the second biggest city in the UK is missing in action. Any help, gratefully received. Thanks Seb Coussens

Hi sebcoussens- In order to change your name, you will have to submit a name correction through our online Update form. You will go to the contribution form in your name page and select 'Name Correction.' Follow the instructions on the form and you can submit it once the contribution form turns green. This will be reviewed acccordingly once it has been sent. As per the Location, are you looking at a data in specific? Cheers!

Regarding the location, yes — I was referring to a specific data entry. Could you please confirm if I can update that through the same form or if there’s a separate process for location corrections?
