Name on my account

I was trying to upgrade to IMBdPro on an existing account that was entered years ago with my stage name (Kumar Dari). As far as I know I never officially signed up. As I tried to claim/upgrade the account I was asked for identification. All my ID documents have my given name. Am I still able to claim the account? My legal first name (Kumar) is still part of my stage name.
