Need to change country and card on IMDbPro account

Hi. Since I'm unable to subscribe to IMDbPro from India, I need help in changing the card and/or country on my account in order to use a different card that's USD compatible. Kindly help. I can't login to change any of the details. It won't even let me change my payment method. As soon as I click "Renew", it takes me to a page stating that there are no subscriptions avaialable at the moment. But I am in the industry and need to make this work. Kindly help.
