Over charged for imdbpro

I am prepaid for a year, ending in December 2025,my Amazon account credit card was cancelled. And it cancelled my pre paid imdbpro that I'm paid in full until December, now I'm charged 149.00 for another year yet my prepaid for 6 more months is gone? Why did my anazon prime cancelled credit card cancel my prepaid payment from last December? Indb does not respond only sending me links to ask the community?

Imdb and imdbpro do not respond to anything, only bots sending bs emails, I was over charged for another year but I had 6 months left prepaid, so ya imdb and imdbpro stink, no real customer support, only " ask the community, !
