Page Name Claim Process

I've been struggling since yesterday to get my stupid page verified. This is the third account I created with IMDB pro because for some dumb reason I'm never able to claim my page. You even gave one of my credits (PlanetQuake) to a profile of a stupid guy in a documentary that has my artistic name without an apostrophe. I received the email saying that I needed to send my ID and I sent it. Then I received an email about my artistic name and I sent my Casting Networks profile (as the only agreement or affiliation that I have so far) and then I received the email of the ID again. If I keep struggling with this problem, I will cancel this membership too, I'm done.
