If the payment was processed, you will be able to access IMDbPro.com and request a receipt. To obtain a receipt, please login with the registered IMDbPro membership account that you would like a receipt for.
Go to the Receipts page in your IMDbPro Account Settings. Any payment made for your IMDbPro membership will appear on this page: https://pro.imdb.com/account/receipts
