Pro Membership Refund

Dear IMDb Pro Support Team, I hope you are well. I recently discovered that my IMDb Pro free trial was automatically renewed and my account was charged $163. I was under the impression that I had already canceled the subscription, so I was surprised to learn I was still subscribed. I never intended to continue using IMDb Pro and have not used the service since the trial period. I’ve also tried reaching out to customer service through the website, but I keep getting a “refresh page” or “try again” error message. Could you please provide a direct email or contact where I can follow up personally if needed? Given that this was a hefty and unexpected charge, I kindly request a refund for the $163. I have now canceled the subscription to prevent further billing. Please let me know if you need any additional details to process this request. Thank you very much for your understanding and assistance.

Go to our contact us page: https://help.imdb.com/contact?deepLink=recovery&disableLoginPopup=true 2. Click the filters that are closer to your inquiry. 3. Click "Email" and make sure to enter additional information and details on what you need help with, and click send email. If you keep receiving an error message, you can let us know and in addition, confirm the email address on your account and the date charged. I've already set this post as private so no one else will see this information.
