Profile Claiming Issue

Recently I tried to claim my IMDb profile via IMDb Pro’s free tier but it didn’t work. So 3 days ago I tried claiming it with Pro Premium and it has been stuck on a pending phase for those three days despite the app saying it would take 24 hours.
