Ref. contact listing on IMDB.pro

If there is no contact information listed for an individual you should be seeing a "Add contact details" button which will redirect you to the contribution form to add that information.  However, if there is contact information for the individual it will be displayed on the right-hand side of the page or directly under the Contacts section when selected.

It's possible the pages you are viewing does not yet have contact information for the individual.  If you view an IMDbPro page for an individual with contact information listed it should display, for example, see Mia Mckenna-Bruce.
