Refund Request

My wife have been member of IMDb for years however her health turn bad about 3 years ago and she has gone from a nursing home to an acute hospital since March 27, 2023:I just notice she was charged her annual membership dues and I was attempting to get her a refund, but there is no easy way of doing so. Can some direct me accordingly? Thank you
