Replacing Known For Image AND Removing someone from Frequently Credited With

I am in my 70's and quite sharp at most things except this tehnical stuff. I need easy to follow, step by step guidance on how to accomplish the following: 1. Replacing Known For Image AND 2. Removing someone from Frequently Credited With. I did get a response from the HELP section, but it didn't solve the issues, even though I followed the instructions. PLEASE advise. Thank you.
