Restoration of information
I let my subscription lapse in January 2026 and renewed on September 5. My page information, photos, self-verified credits as I had worked on them were dropped, and only the very basics remained. I contacted IMDb and was told by "Eva" that my renewed membership in IMDbPro was confirmed and the information would be restored within 24 to 48 hours. It has not been restored at all. Now it's past 72 hours, and I don't know what I should do. Can you help me?

Please review our help article that explains what happen with the information submitted to your name page, when your IMDbPro Premium or Basic membership is cancelled.
If you had a Basic membership before cancelling, some information may not recoverable.
In this case, I suggest you to reply to Eva's message and provide more information about the missing information and photos. For example, a description of the photos and approximated date when uploaded.
IMDb support is the best position to help you in this matter.
