SAG-AFTRA Verification/ Linking Account, IMDB Pro issue

See attached screenshot below. While attempting to connect my professional affiliations and add my SAG-AFTRA info (and continue to get 30% off IMDb Pro) I get this error message: "There was a problem The SAG-AFTRA member ID you entered is already linked to an existing IMDbPro account. Pleasecontact customer servicefor further assistance, or learn morehere." I am logged into my pro account attempting to input this. My SAG-AFTRA ID, name, and email are all correct.

**CASE CLOSED! 🎬** After two weeks of back-and-forth with IMDb and IMDbPro support, I finally cracked the case of the missing SAG-AFTRA link! **The Problem:** I kept getting a notification that my SAG-AFTRA ID was already linked to another account—not my IMDbPro. Weird, since I had entered everything correctly. **The Plot Twist:** Turns out, my SAG-AFTRA ID was linked to an old, basic IMDb account (with a different email) from when I snagged a discount years ago. 🤦‍♂️ **The Solution:** Support unlinked my ID from the old account. I relinked it to IMDbPro, and voilà! Mystery solved. Crisis averted. 🎉 Now back to our regularly scheduled programming!
