Slate issue for demoreel

I don't get the option to email but when uploading my reel I haven't the choice to select an appropriate slate from the options (Timestamp if you can help is 2:23 or 3:06 which ever works best and isn't blurry) Please let me know what I can do or if I can upload a screenshot or photo as an option.
