Sorting Pictures

Similar to how you can drag and sort your pics for the primary and featured categories, I'd like to be able to drag and sort ALL of my pics in the picture area, so that we can put them in the order that we'd like others to see them. Right now, they are only shown in the order of what was added most recently, so in order to get the pics that you want in front, you have to delete them and re-add them.
