Submitting A "Shared Editing" Request

Hello! Having a bit of an issue over here... A Costume Designer client of ours is hoping to update her IMDb profile through us. After attempting to submit a shared editing request through several IMDb Pro accounts associated with her representation, the error below comes up. Any advice on how to remedy this situation would be greatly appreciated!
