The Basic Subscription requires that the credit card is in my name

I have a credit card, but the cardholder is my husband. During the identity verification process, I am asked for a card in my name, which I do not have. How can I proceed?

Hello, Thank you for your message! With an IMDbPro Basic Subscription, you can only claim your own IMDb name page. If you'd like to claim the page as a representative or relative of another individual, you will need to upgrade your account to an IMDbPro Standard Subscription. Hello Jolene, thanks for your answer. But my issue is different. I actually want only claim my own IMDb name page, but I cannot complete the basic subscription because the credit card that I use is not in my name, so I don't get the identification and I cannot proceed. Have you any suggestion for that? Thank you

Hello @Marianna, You should be able to use a credit card that is not under your name with the owner authorization. However, to claim your name page you will need to follow a verification process since the name in the name page will be different from the name in the payment method.
