Trying to contact IMDB Pro Customer Support via form - but the Email button not enabled

I'm trying to contact IMDB Pro customer support via the form they ask you to use, but after selecting that I'm an IMDB Pro member and then choosing my issue category from a dropdown menu, there is an "Email" button that is not enabled. I've tried different browsers to get this button to work, but no success. I don't understand what the issue is. I'm trying to find out how to remove Reels from my page that I did not upload but somehow are on my Actor page, as well as some other questions about videos and how they're displayed on my page. What's going on with the Email button, and how do I get in touch with the Customer Service team??

Hi elioeli41, If the e-mail button is greyed out, that is because the issue you are trying to solve can be answered in the information above the button, by visiting the Help Center guides linked there. If however, you are still unable to resolve your issue via these instructions, please let us know and we can provide further support here. Thanks!

Hi Ozzy, Thanks for replying. I'm still having a bit of confusion over this. The contact page only provides a drop-down menu with very basic general topics. If the information shown on the help page above the email button does not answer my questions, how am I supposed to know that that's why the email button is greyed out? I spent a good deal of time thinking there was something wrong with my browser or a button I needed to tick saying I read the instructions provided. I took to the community page, which I had to create a new account for, and looked and looked for answers to this before posting my question. So am I right that if I need help in the future that's not answered in your help information pages, I have to post about it publicly here? That'll be good to know for the future, but it does seem a bit lacking for a paid IMDb Pro Subscription. I do have questions about how to take down Reels from my page that I did not upload, but were uploaded by others, and I do not want on my page. Thank you for your time.

Hi Jon, Just tried to use the link you provided. However, it's just taking me to the same page with the dropdown menu and I keep having the same problem. The "Email" button is greyed out. I'm still super confused on how to contact someone on your staff to this issue resolved. Thanks

Hi Jon - I wanted to update you here and say that I submitted an email just now via the help page by selecting "Claim Your IMDb Page" from the drop-down menu, instead of "Update Image/Videos". I submitted my questions to customer support that way, and I hope it works. Took a lot of digging to arrive at this solution. The instructions are not clear. Please let me know if you have any further tips. Thanks! Eli
