Unable to Re-Submit Deleted Credit Due to Duplicate Pending Submission

I would appreciate your help regarding a credit submission issue.

I initially submitted a credit with the wrong order number, and later requested a correction to update the order. After several rejections, I decided to delete the credit entirely in order to restart the submission process correctly.

However, although the contribution/credit no longer appears on my account, I am now unable to submit it again. IMDb displays a message stating that this is the exact same submission that I (or another contributor) have already entered, and that it is still pending review by IMDb staff.

Could you please advise how I can resolve this issue or clear the pending duplicate submission so I may re-submit the credit correctly?
