Who decides on the categories a movie gets tagged as?
The reason why I'm asking is that I strongly feel that e.g. the choices for Booger have negatively impacted its score. It is, in my not so humble opinion, a drama. And people watching it expecting a horror comedy are likely to be disappointed. P.S.: Yes, the positive review is mine.

The "weighting".
So my score just dropped from a 6.7 to a 4.1. I've run the numbers. I've taken away all of my 10s, 9s and 8s and INCLUDED my 1s and the lowest score is a 4.2. Make it make sense.
