I've submitted close to 170 External Review contributions. But, over the holidays, the most recent 13 External Review contributions I submitted were all declined. They're similarly structured to my past ones, so I'm trying to understand why they were declined, as they all follow the Submission Guide

I submitted several still images for for an episode of MacGyver. Most of them were accepted but one was rejected for being poor quality.  This happens randomly sometimes.  Sometimes a better quality image is just not possible.  Should I just resubmit it? 241231-211450-604502 I also
