I posted episode screens, but they don't appear , I checked carefully that I won't be uploading duplicates. Did they get blocked from uploading or blacklisted or this is a admin side issue for greenlighting more picture frames.

Changes I made to an episode were approved and the correction appeared on the episode profile, but later the changes reverted back to original information.
