Can I remove someone from IMDb even though we signed a memo deal? Do I need to terminate this person and then remove this person from the list?

I am not able to update the new Poster of the movie "Swatantrya Veer Savarkar" (IMDB URL- https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14753612/). Please let me know how can I update this.
