Not allowed to replace or delete an incorrect plot outline?
I am being repeatedly denied to both replace and now even delete an incorrect plot outline despite providing ample evidence. I have no idea why my new outlines do "not meet contribution guidelines". My deletion submission for the Spanish translation was finally accepted, but the English one remains.
