I don't get why there is no "Refine" option in My Ratings. Every other type of list has it. If I go into a custom list I can refine it, If I go into watch list I can also refine it. My Ratings is the only one that doesn't have it. Like why not. I get that there is Advanced Title Search but seriously

When I am logged in on the desktop site, my account shows that I have 0 lists, but I have several and can view and edit my lists on the mobile app.

It doesn't matter if I put my list on public or private because in both situations no one else can see the list except me, so , how do I fix this annoying issue and create a public list that everyone can see?
