It was a Western movie some time between the years 1980 - 2012.

Film was black and white. In this scene the man is sitting at table in suit at affluent home says first line to woman standing at table with man, possibly butler behind her. It's likely a comedy but not sure. It's possible man had been in institution earlier in film but not sure. Any suggestions ?
