What looks like an IMDB page is available from a direct link, but can't seem to be found using a search.

A link available from the internet site (https://www.imdb.com/event/ev0030331/2024/1/?ref_=ev_tl_yr_1) looks like it is to an IMDB page for the Toronto Feedback Film Festival, but when I query for that film festival from within IMDB, it oesn't show up. Is the link somehow impersonating IMDB?
