Even though I know my username/email and password, IMDb is asking me to approve a notification sent to my old Yahoo email address (email@yahoo.com) for security reasons.The problem is, I haven't had access to that Yahoo email for about 5 or 6 years. I have checked many weekly TV shows to have notifications sent when they are on, but for months now, I have not been receiving emails for many of them. I have missed three weeks of a particular show that I checked, and have not been notified. How many more shows am I behind on?

It is incredibly intrusive, going as far as to follow as a user scrolls down the page, as it lingers a few seconds before fading.
