Unicode Characters in notes (iOS app)

I use Unicode Characters in my notes, but in the iOS app they disappear, if I try to insert them. On the website I don’t have this problem. If I use the website, then the charakter will show up in the app too.

Why limit filmography on iPad/iPhone?

Just show everything in the regular filmography list when looking at an actor’s page, rather than making the user tap the “All Filmography” button to bring up and far less powerful list, which doesn’t even show which episodes of a TV show the actor appeared in. This is a horrible user experience.

Adding a ticker for shows that has been marked as checked in!

Hi,Everytime I add a movie/show to my “check in” list, it doesn’t notify me that if it’s already added to the list before or not, and thus it duplicates it… I end up forgetting if I ever added this movie/show to my “check in” list before or not coz it doesn’t show a ticker on it that it’s already ad

Favourite cinema feature not nearly so useful

It is shame I can no longer look at all the films that are at all my favourite cinemas at the same time. I now have to select each cinema in turn to see what is on there, which is much more cumbersome. Other than that I love the app ❤️

Britbox missing from the filter streaming selections

For the watchlist on iOS, under Advanced Search - Refine - Streaming, BritBox is missing as an option. While viewing my watchlist on the IMDb app, using the advanced filter you can now select specific streaming apps. Unfortunately Britbox is missing from those selections. You can see Britbox when vi

From top to bottom: The story of the iPad menu.

I would love to see the iPad (iPadOS) menu returned to its original position at the bottom of the screen. The top menu, imo, is in the worst possible place. 1. Fingers must travel further since they a naturally idle near the bottom of the screen. 2. Screen view is obstructed by the user’s hands when

You may know them from - doesn’t show director, writer etc. anymore

In the IMDb iOS app, the section in the actor/director/writer etc. page which shows where this particular person would be familiar to you: ”You may know them from”. Before (atleast last year) it showed if someone was e.g. a writer in a movie; now it only shows if the person has acted in any of the m

'Seen Movies' Indicator

I’m posting this to suggest it would be very useful if the profile pages of the movies had an indicator that the movie is already on your check-in list and you have seen it. The check-in list for checking the movies you have seen it’s good and it is very useful that every time you re-watch a movie y

'Upcoming Releases' widgets for iOS/Mac: 1) Days Left until episode for followed TV Shows/Episodes, 2) Days until popular Movie Release

The App and Website next-episode already offers a great widget for upcoming tvshow/episode releases with a day until release countdown. It's nice for movie and tv fans to just swipe left or go to the mac homescreen and just have it pinned in a little info box there. For movies I used trakt.tv but a

Translation error / Personal details – »Spouse« is gender neutral … but german translation always reads »Ehefrau« (=wife)

There is a major error in the german translation of the Personal details section: In the english the partner is labeled as »Spouse« which is gender neutral, so suits both male and female partners. In the german translation however the label reads »Ehefrau«, which equals the english word »wife«, so s
